I wanted to enquire about the duration for which GRE score will be valid?
the validity period of GRE score is 5 years
officially its 5, but score older than 2 years is considered with less importance by universities. its better to plan the test 1 yr before u plan to go for MS. It will give u sufficient time for application process as well.

GRE score remains valid for 5 years. However, it is recommended not to keep score older for more than 2 years

If I have to go by the session considered, well then GRE Revised pattern is advisable. Though the GRE scores are valid for a period of five years, majority of the US universities recommend to re take the test if they three years older.
As a counselor, I would strongly recommend that you take the sample test of the revised GRE, that are now available and decide which pattern you find easier.
Find below the change in the pattern and then decide on the pattern you should consider :

Whatever you decide, it should be done at the earliest since you don’t have much time if you decide on the current pattern.

I have passed out in july 2010 and appeared fr gre n toefl in
sept 2010. I scored 1300 in gre and 111 in toefl and have started
applying for MS in Electrical Engg for fall 2011. But the prob is
that i dont have any work experince and the scenario is such that
no body will give me a job just fr 6 mnths. Evrywhere they ask for
a bond of 2 yrs. I am scared abt obtainig visa.What should i do?
Would doing some courses suffice?

Please note work experience though benefits your profile, is not a mandatory requirement for most of the US universities for a Master of Science. Only if you are considering a Management program, you need to worry about the work experience.
I do agree that most of the known companies will ask for a bond, but you can avail chances in Companies at smaller scale, considering just the experience you can gain without giving much thought to the brand name or even the monetary benefits.
If the above does not work out, make use of the time by enrolling for an advanced course.
Regarding the visa formalities, the process can commence only once university issues an I-20, a formal declaration of your acceptance to the university for the specified program. The visa cannot be issued until your SEVIS fee has been paid and the date of appointment has been fixed. The time span for the visa to be issued is more dependent on your proactive attitude and how early you can get an appointment date finalized.

You can surely go ahead with the current GRE and TOEFL scores. Your GRE scores are valid for five years while the TOEFL scores are valid for two years. Considering this your scores would be considered as valid while you apply for Spring 2013.

Your GRE score is valid for five years after taking the test. While TOEFL is valid for two years. Thus its only TOEFL you need to retake.

I took GRE (1100) in JAN 2010 . I applied for Fall 2011 and I got
conditional admit from San Jose State univ and Oklahoma Norman
Campus . But I was not able to take the admission .
From last two years I am working now and I want to apply for MS now
