    Hello,

Please note the GRE scores are not the only criteria while suggesting universities, your TOEFL score, academic background, all play a vital role.

However, considering your GRE scores, please find below names of few universities along with their location for MS Computer Science.

    Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh)
University of Texas at Austin (Austin)
    University of Wisconsin Madison (Wisconsin)
University of Masachussets at Amherst (Masachussets)
    University of Southern California (California)
    Purdue University (Indiana)
    Duke University (Durham)

    All the best!

    Hi Archana

However, you would need to make sure that your score reaches the university before the deadline. The admission committee will review your application only after scores have been received.

Yes, if you have time I would recommend you to take the test again. Also, check for the TOEFL requirement of the universities you wish to apply to. Make sure that you focus on the area you are weak at while preparing.

    Hello,

Your work experience and your CGPA do sound impressive, but your GRE scores especially the quantitative section can pull out some good universities from your hand.

Though not impossible, from my experience most of the good universities will consider a Q>700. I would recommend you to take GRE again to have a sound application.

However, considering your work experience especially if it aligns with the program you are aiming at, you could try and apply to the following universities :

    Oklahoma State University
    Kent State University
    University of Oklahoma
    University of Missouri-Rolla
    Worcester Polytechnic University

    Good luck!

    Hi,

Your GRE score is low and it would really difficult to list down the universities for MS Industrial Engineering. Also, please specify the individual scores of GRE and the TOEFL scores as well.

For your reference I have listed down a few universities that offer MS Industrial Engineering

    Oregon State University
    University of Wisconsin â€"Milwaukee
    University of Alabama â€" Huntsville
    University of Missouri-Columbia
    University of Nebraska â€" Lincoln

    Hello,

A GRE score of 1220 (780Q + 440V) is a decent score to apply to some of the good universities in US. However, the short listing of the university gets a bit narrowed down since you are particular about VLSI / Embedded system.

Considering your profile you can try and apply to the following universities :

    Carnegie Mellon University
    Pittsburgh, PA
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

    Columbia University
    New York, NY
    Department of Electrical Engineering

    Duke University
    Durham, NC
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

    Princeton University
    Princeton, NJ
    Department of Electrical Engineering

    Southern Illinois University Carbondale
    Carbondale, IL
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

Stony Brook University, State University of New York
    Stony Brook, NY
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

    The University of Arizona
    Tucson, AZ
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
    Indiana State University
    http://www.indstate.edu/ect/

    University of Arkansas
    http://www.eleg.uark.edu/

A few of the above universities are like Princeton University, Columbia University, Carnegie Mellon University are really tough to get through, but then if you are applying to five or more universities, you could try to a few dream schools as well!

    Good luck!

    Hello,

Please elaborate your profile in terms of the individual GRE scores, TOEFL scores, academic background and most important the program you are looking for to prepare a decent list of universities.

This might sound disappointing, but your GRE scores sound low and I would suggest you to consider taking it again.

    Hi..
I was looking forward to do MS in Information Systems Management. Can u suggest me a few good universities for the same and also the minimum GRE score expected? I am pursuing MCA currently. Are there any academic excellencies required other than the GRE scores?

    Hello,

Since you have already applied to the universities, the best you can do right now is to wait and expect an admit from any of the universities.

At personal end I would recommend you to take GRE again, to make your profile more stronger.
