Chances of getting admission into good uni.

hii…I hv done my BE in EXTC with 53% Agg. i had 1 yr. drop in my engg. academic. I hace secure GRE=V140,Q=150 TOEFL=85. i am having 2 yr. of Exp. with AV industry Working as a Project Scheduler.
Is there are chances for me to get into good uni. if yes can you please mention the names.
