Here’s some information to familiarize you with what to expect on the test day!
- Do carry the authorization voucher if you have requested for it at the time of registration.
- You will be required to show a valid ID with photo and signatures at the test center.
Valid ID- Driver’s License
- Passport
- National ID
- Military ID
Without a valid ID you will not be allowed to give the test.- Report to the test center at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You will be asked to fill in the form when you arrive at the test center.
- Locker facility will be provided at the test center where you can keep your belongings.
- No testing aids will be allowed inside the test room.Only Personal Id will be permitted to be carried inside the test room.
- You will be photographed and videotaped at the test center.
- Pencils, scratch paper and ear plugins will be provided to you.
- There is an optional 10-minute break after the Analytical Writing section and one-minute break between the remaining sections of the test.
It’s better to take a break so that you can feel relaxed. If you need to take a break besides this, you can but the timing will not stop. - Dress in layers so that you can adapt easily to the room temperature.
- After the test, you will be asked to fill in the name of four universities where you want your score to be sent.
- Stay Focused! You might be distracted by the sound of keyboard keys pressed by other test takers during the test. Use earplugins if you feel disturbed.
