As a part of application process you would be required to request ETS to send your scores to the institution you wish to apply to.
Additional score reports can be ordered for a fee of $20 per score recipient. You can order score reports in following ways:
1. Online

2. Mail/Fax
Complete the form by downloading from here and mail it to the specified address.
Processing Time: 10 business days

Processing Time: 5 business days
Once the request is submitted, it can not be canceled or changed.
